Recipe:

Jeyas - Foxtail Millet And Honey Pudding

Ingredients:
Jeyas Foxtail Millet flour - 200g, Jeyas Cardamom Powder - (as per your need), Ghee - 2 tsp, grated Coconut - 1/4 cup, Honey - 100ml, Salt - (as per your need)

Procedure:
Mix salt with Foxtail Millet flour and spray steaming hot water to it, boil atleast for 20minutes. Spread and cool it. add grated Coconut, add Cardamom Powder, Ghee, Honey and mix it well. Serve while hot.
