Recipe:
Jeyas - Amla Soup


Ingredients:
Amla - 2, Ginger - 5g, Jeyas Tamarind - a little ball, boiled water from Dal - 1 bowl, Salt - as per your required, Soup Powder - 1 teaspoon, oil or Ghee - 1 teaspoon, Jeyas Cumin, Jeyas Mustard - a teaspoon of each.
Procedure:
Mix the Cumin - 1 teaspoon, Fried Fenugreek, and Asafoetida, - a each 1/2 tsp, Pepper - 1 tsp, Dry Red Chilly - 3, yellow Lentils, Bengal Gram - 1 tsp dry to the above mix grind them using mixie, make it a powder and keep it aside again. Take Sliced ginger, filter liquidation Tamarind water, add Ginger and Amla then put it in mixie and grind it make it in to paste, mix liquidation tamarind water with salt, add Dal Water with 1 teaspoon of Soup Powder from above powder mix and boil to it, Heat up a skillet, pour oil to it, add fry Mustard to it, healthy soup is ready.
