Recipe:
Jeyas - Foxtail Millet Kheer


Ingredients:
Jeyas Foxtail millet - 250g, Jeyas Cashew - 15, Jeyas Jaggery - 200g, Jeyas Cardamom - 5, Jeyas Dry grapes - 15, Ghee - 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
Take a bowl and add 4 cups of Water and add Foxtail Millet to it and heat it up till it boils, add crushed Jaggery to it, and slow heat it for at least 10 minutes, once you are satisfied that is boiled add Milk along Cashew and Dry Grapes roasted in Ghee. Before taking it of the stove add Cardamom Powder and stir well and serve.
