Jeyas - Little Millet Curd Rice

Jeyas Little millet Rice - 1 bowl, Curd, Milk - both are half bowl, Jeyas Mustard, Urad Dal - as per your required, Grated Ginger - 1 tsp, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Salt – as per your need, Oil - 1 tsp.
Add some Water with Little Millet, soak it for at least 10 min and filter it, with it mix 2 cup of water and heat up until it boils. In a skillet, pour Oil deep fry Mustard, Ural Dal, grated Ginger and keep it aside. Add Curd, Milk, the deep fried items and Coriander leaves with the Little Millet Rice. Finally add Salt to your taste, mix it well. A healthy, tasty and hot curd Rice is ready.
