Ingredients:
Amla - 2, Ginger - 5g, Jeyas Tamarind - a little ball, Boiled Water from Dal - 1 bowl,
Salt - as per your taste, Soup Powder - 1tablespoon, Oil or Ghee -1 teaspoon,
Jeyas cumin, Jeyas Mustard - a teaspoon of each.
Procedure:
Mix Cumin - 1 teaspoon, Fried Fenugreek, and Asafoetida - each 1/2 tsp, Pepper - 1 tsp,
Dry Red Chilly - 3, yellow Lentils, Bengal Gram - 1 tsp
Mix and grind the above ingredients using mixie, make sure it is coarse and dry and keep it aside. filter the Tamarind Water and keep it aside,
Take Ginger and Amla, make them into sliced pieces, put them in mixie and grind to a paste, mix the paste with tamarind water and add salt, Keep this mix aside
Add Dal Water with 1 teaspoon of Soup Powder to the above mix and boil it,
Heat up a skillet, dry roast Mustard with oil and pour it on the above boiling Dal + Ginger, Amla & Tamarind water mix and take it off the stove, tasty Amla soup is read
