Ingredients:
Jeyas Pearl Millet - 100g, Moong Dal - 1 cup, Rice - 1 bowl
Ginger - Small piece, Jeyas Pepper - 10, Onion (sliced) - 1 bowl, Green Chilli - 1,
Oil & Salt – (as per your need).
Procedure:
Take the Pearl Millet along with Moong dal and Rice and soak it up in water, keep it soaked for 4 hours, Then take the mixture and grind it to batter after adding Ginger, Pepper & Green Chilli.
Add sliced onions & salt (as per your requirement) to it.
Now the essential batter mix is ready, you can just spread it on the pan and start making, tasty and healthy Pearl Millet dosas.
