Ingredients:
24 crisp flat puris, 2 large Potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped, 1 small green unpire Mango, chopped. Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 medium Onions chopped, 1/4 cup - green Coriander chutney, 2 tbn - Red Chilli garlic chutney, 1/4 cup - date and Tamarind chutney, 1 cup - sev, 1/2 tbn - chaat masala, 2 -tbn chopped coriander leaves.
Procedure:
Arrange the puris on a plate. Mix together the potatoes, green mango, salt and chilli powder.
Place portions of the mixture on the puris. sprinkle the onion over the potato mixture.
Drizzle green coriander chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney and date and tamarind chutney over the top. Cover the puris with plenty of sev.
Sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
