Ingredients:
Cloves, Jeyas Cardamom - each 2, Jeyas Coriander seed,Jeyas Pepper - half a teaspoon each of Jeyas Cumin,
Dried Ginger powder – both 1 teaspoon, Jeyas Jaggery (and more) sugar - 5 g.
Procedure:
Heat up a pan on stove, one by one put cumin, pepper, cloves fry them, once fried, turnoff the stove.
Take the above mix grind it in mixie while it is still warm, make it into powder and keep it aside.
While preparing tea, boil a cup of water, add Jaggery, add ½ teaspoon of both cloves powder and the herbal powder from mixie, again turnoff the stove but make sure to keep the vessel (that you are using to prepare tea) closed with a plate or something. Five minutes later, filter it, server while hot.
