Ingredients:
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsn, 1/2 cup - sprouted boiled white peas, 1/2 cup sprouted brown bengal gram, boiled, 1/2cup - sprouted green bengal gram, boiled, 2 tbs - finely chopped fresh coriander, 1/2 - tsb chaat masala, 1/2 - tsn cumin powder , 1/2cup - bread crumbs, Oil for shallow - frying.
Procedure:
Combine the chopped coriander, white peas, brown bengal gram, green bengal gram and salt in abowl. mash well with a potato masher.
Add the red chilli powder, chaat masala and cumin powder and mix well. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan.
Divide the sprout mixture into eight portions and shape them into small cutlets, Roll them in bread crumbs and place on the pan. shallow-fry till the underside is done, flip over and cook till both the sides are evenly golden.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
