Ingredients:
Jeyas Coriander Seeds – 2 teaspoon, Jeyas Pepper,
Coffee Powder, Jeyas cumin, carom seeds, - a teaspoon of each,
Jeyas Jaggery – (as per your need), basil – a handful.
Procedure:
Fry the above ingredients until they become brownish in color, put them in mixie and grind it, make it into powder & keep it aside.
Then boil water add the above mix along with Jaggery, keep boiling for at least for 4 minutes,
Then add basil to it. Filter it and ginger coffee is ready.
