Required:
Boiled Rice - 1 cup, Urad - a ΒΌ cup, Jeyas Foxtail Millet - a quarter cup,
Centella Asiatica Lettuce - 1 cup Onion - 1, Green Chilly - 1,
jeyas Coriander, Curry Leaves - as per your need.
Preperation:
Clean and chop the Centella Asiatica lettuce, add chopped Onion, Green Chilly, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Take the Foxtail Millet along with Rice and Urad and soakit up in water, keep it at least for 4 hours, and grind it using mixie, keep it aside,
Take the batter from mixie, and add Centella Asiatica lettuce, Salt, Curry Leaves, Coriander leaves mix it well. Heat up a pan on stove, pour the dough on the pan, Add Oil on both side, and start making healthy centella asiatica dosas.
