Ingredients:
Sliced Ginger, Lime Juice - 2 tsp, Jeyas Jaggery - 1 tsp (or) Jeyas Palm Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch, Water - 250ml.
Procedure:
Heat the sliced Ginger with water, until it boils, add Jaggery Or Palm Sugar to it before taking it off the stove. Add Lime juice and pinch of Salt to it,
After filtering the above mix, you can add water as much as you want without diluting it too much.
For maximum results, it’s better to drink this syrup between breakfast and lunch.
