Jeyas - Foxtail Millet Laddu

Ingredients:
Jeyas Foxtail Millet Flour, Jeyas Jaggery,, Honey, Grated Coconut - 4 tablespoon, Salt, Ghee - as per your need.

Procedure:
Take a skillet put 200g cleaned foxtail millet on it and roast it, once roasted, grind it using mixie until it’s powdered,
Take some jaggery (as per your need) make it into powder then add it to the above foxtail millet powder, along with honey and 4 tablespoons of sliced coconut pieces,
Add one tablespoon of ghee, and make them into sphere shape and serve.
A very healthy and tasty laddu is ready.
