Jeyas - Finger Millet Idly

Ingredients:
Jeyas Finger millet - 200g, Urad Dal - 400g, Raw Rice - 100g Salt - as per your need.

Procedure:
Take Finger Millet 200g, Idly Rice, along with raw rice 100g, wash them and keep them soaked in water for at least 8 hours.
Soak 400g Urad Dal separately in water, then filter it, in the filtered Urad dal sprinkle water to your need and grind it using mixie.
Mix raw Rice & Finger Millet together grind them, add salt. Mix both the above batter together.
Soak the batter in water for 8 hours again, after which use the batter to make tasty idlies using idly tray (or vessel)
