Ingredients:
Jeyas Barnyard Millet Rice - 100g, Dal - 30g, Urad Dal - 50g,
Green Gram - 25g, Plantain Flower - 3/4 bowl, Onion - 1,
Jeyas Dry Red Chilly - 5, Jeyas Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves,
Oil and Water - both as per your need.
Procedure:
Clean the Plantain Flower, chop it and keep aside.
Mix Rice, Dal and Lentils together, soak in water and keep it aside.
Slice the onion and the Coriander Leaves add Salt, Ginger, Dried Red Chilly and grind them into a coarse mix.
Add onion, sliced plantain flower, coriander leaves and mix it with the above mix and grind them together, Sprinkle curry leaf on the mix.
Put some oil on non - stick tava, spread the above mix on it and start making tasty adai.
