Jeyas - Mawa Cupcakes

Ingredients:
Mawa Crumbled - 1 1/2 tbs, baking powder - 1 tsp, 150g - Grams butter softened, Soda Bicarbonate - 1 teaspoon, 3/4cup - Powdered Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon - Green Cardamom Powder, 5 tbs Milk Powder, 1 1/2 cups refined flour, Cornflour - 2 tbs, 1/4 cup - ButterMilk, Milk - 2 tbs.

Procedure:
Spread Preheat the oven to 180 degree c/350 f/Gas Mark 4. grease twelve moulds or paper cups.
Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon till light and fluffy. sift the milk powder into the bowl and continue to mix. Add the mawa and mix again.
Sift the flour, Cornflour, baking powder, Soda bicarbonate and Cardamom Powder together into the bowl and mix. Add buttermilk to adjust the consistency. If the batter is still to thick add a little milk and mix.
pour the batter into the greased moulds or paper cups. Top the moulds lightly to level the batter. Bake for thirty minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool before unmoulding. Serve warm or cold.
