Jeyas - Pineapple Sheera

Ingredients:
one small (1/4 kilogram) Pineapple, Peeled and Chopped A pich of Saffron, 1 cup - Semolina, Ghee - 1 cup, Sugar - 1 cup, 5-6 cashew nuts, 5-6 almonds.

Procedure:
Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the semolina and cook, stirring continuously, till golden brown.
Add the saffron and mix. Add the pineapple and cook for another two or three minutes.
Stir in two cups of water, cover and cook over medium heat for three minutes. Add the sugar and keep stirring till all the moisture evaporates and the semolina is cooked completely.
Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds, and serve hot.
