Ingredients:
Fresh Corn kernels - 250g, Green Chilli paste, 1 1/2 tsp Ginger paste, Chazat Masala - 1 tsp, Coriander powder - 1 tsp, chopped fresh Coriander - tbs, 5-6 tbs - Gram Flour, Salt to taste, Oil for deep-frying.
Procedure:
Coarsely grind the corn kernels. Place the ground corn in a large bowl.
Add the green Chilli paste, Ginger paste, Chaat masala, Coriander powder, chopped Coriander, Gram flour and salt, mix well.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the corn mixture into the hot oil and deep-fry the pakore till golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with green chutney.
