Jeyas - Little Millet Curd Rice

Ingredients:
Jeyas Little millet Rice - 1 bowl, Curd, Milk - both are half bowl, Jeyas Mustard, Urad Dal - as per your required, Grated Ginger - 1 tsp, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Salt – as per your need, Oil - 1 tsp.

Procedure:
Clean the Little Millet and remove grifts if any, soak it for at least 10 min and filter it, add 2 cups of water
and heat up until it boils. In a skillet, pour Oil deep fry the Mustard, Ural Dal, grated Ginger and keep
it aside. Add Curd, Milk, the deep fried items and Coriander leaves with the boiled Little Millet Rice. Finally
add Salt to your taste, mix it well. A healthy, tasty and hot curd Rice is ready.
